In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us a final count by 3/22 with list of how many people and which animal choice. The min. is 6 per animal. If you have 6-11 kids you pick one, 12-18 pick 2, etc. or you can pick all the same for all. Catalog will be sent after deposit is made.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. We understand things happen and can try to find a new date.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, etc. You have the space until 3:30pm, if a stuffy party space is for 90 minutes with 3:30pm end time. Two Cheese pizza double cut from Papa Ginos and water are provided. If you would like to add pizza's they are $14 each just let me know when final count is made.

We encourage a drop off event so the kids can relax and have fun, birthday parents can stay. Pickup 3:30pm, there is a Starbucks, Target and TJ maxx nearby to keep parents busy ;-) If the kids are younger we understand but please limit one adult per child due to space.

The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainsouthshore.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
