After we decide on the date/time then a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied towards your final invoice. After the deposit is received, we’ll send you the available animal catalog and/or design options.

Final guest count, design selections, and remaining balance are due TWO WEEKS before your party.

🎨 CHOOSE YOUR PARTY PACKAGE

🧸 HAMMER & FRIENDS STUFFED ANIMALS

Ages 4+ | $495 | 90 Minutes

• Package includes: Up to 10 guests + birthday child FREE
• Additional guests: $50 per child
• Create a 16" stuffed animal with stuffing, wood heart, birth certificate, and a T-shirt to decorate.

  STUFFED ANIMAL CHOICE

  RETAIL: The kids can choose from retail meaning each kid can choose what they want with what we have in stock that day. Popular option!

  CATALOG: You may choose 1 kind of stuffed animal for every 6 kids. So if you have 12 kids, then you can choose 2 different kind of stuffed animal if you want. We will send you the link after deposit is made. 

🎨 WOOD PROJECT PARTY

Ages 7+ | $455 | 2 Hours

• Package includes: Up to 10 guests + birthday child FREE
• Additional guests: $45 per child
• Choose from themed wood projects, including Barbie, Swiftie, Enchanted, Name Planks, Sports, Game On, or Teen Affirmations.
• Additional themes: $25 each.

🛏️ PILLOW PROJECT PARTY

Ages 10+ | $575 | 2 Hours

• Package includes: Up to 10 guests + birthday child FREE
• Additional guests: $60 per child
• Create a 20" x 20" pillow with a white pillowcase, your choice of design, and pillow insert.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE

• 2 Papa Gino large cheese pizzas (double cut) 
• All project materials and supplies
• Private party space (We have 2 rooms)
• Music for a fun dance party

Please note: Package prices cover the first 10 guests, plus the birthday child at no additional charge. Additional guest fees apply to each child beyond the 10 included guests.

🎂 PARTY DETAILS

• Setup: The party host may arrive 10 minutes before the party starts to set up.
• Food & Decorations: A table will be set up at the front of the studio for your food, drinks, cake, decorations, and party favors.
• Pizza: Additional Papa Gino’s cheese pizzas are $20 each and additional pepperoni pizzas are $24. Small gluten-free pizza is available for additional cost of $20. 

👨👩👧 PARENT INFORMATION

Drop-off parties are HIGHLY encouraged due to our space limitations! Parents are welcome to stay for younger children and we encourage just one parent per child stay due to space limitations.

If parents stay, we kindly ask everyone to:

• Keep voices low so the children can hear the instructor.
• Avoid blocking the instructor's view so all children can see the demonstrations.
• Be respectful of the instructor and other guests throughout the workshop.

• 🎈 10' x 10' Backdrop Stand Rental: $50. Bring your own backdrop to complete your party setup!
• ⏰ Extra Party Time: $100 per additional 30 minutes ($200 per additional hour). Depends on availability. 
  • ✨ Glitter Tattoos during extra party time: $5 per child.
  • 🐚 Seashell Magnets during extra party time: $10 per child.

💛 Supporting a Small Business

**✨ A Few Important Party Policies ✨**

As a small business with limited studio space, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policies.

🎨 **Cancellations:** All supplies and materials are ordered and prepared as soon as your party booking is confirmed to ensure everything arrives on time and is ready for your event. For this reason, cancellations are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to pack the project materials for the guest who couldn't make it to complete at home.

⏰ **Party End Time:** Please plan to wrap up your party at the scheduled end time. We have limited studio space and need time to clean up, reset, and prepare for our upcoming workshops and events. Any stay beyond the scheduled party time will incur a **$100 additional fee**.
