In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us a final count by 03/15 at the latest so I can order animals. Sooner the better to avoid delays. Animals are 6/min each one so if you have 12 kids you could do 2 different ones or keep them all the same. Includes animal, stuffing, heart, fairy dust, certificate, 2 cheese pizza double cut and water from our water cooler.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. We are being as flexible as possible with Covid if needed to move we can reschedule or provide at home kits, please provide as much time as possible if this has to happen as we block your party time and staff event.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, etc.  You have the space until 1pm. Two Cheese pizza double cut from Papa Ginos and water are provided. If you would like to add pizza's they are $12 each.

We encourage a drop off event so the kids can relax and have fun, birthday parents can stay. Pickup 1pm, there is a Starbucks, Target and TJ maxx nearby to keep parents busy ;-)

The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainsouthshore.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
