🚪 Studio Doors
To help us provide the best workshop experience, our doors will open 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. This gives our team time to complete the final setup of supplies and materials.

📌 Important Workshop Information & Policies

Unless otherwise stated in the workshop description, embellishments and props shown in project photos are not included in the project price.

Due to the customization involved in all of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not receive credit toward a future workshop.

Projects will be held for 30 days. Please arrange to complete or pick up your project within that timeframe.

Significant changes to our standard designs or requests for completely new designs are considered custom requests.

All custom requests must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days before your workshop or requested pickup date.

If approved, a customization fee of $5–$25 will apply depending on the design and level of difficulty.
