In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register for a seat 2 weeks before the event. Please send us final count and we will send itemized final invoice. This ensures we have ample time for the shipping and prepping all the supplies for the event. The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 25 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded once 25 are registered. If you do not get at least 25 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline , your deposit will NOT be refunded but your event will still take place.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can attend the workshop so please be sure everyone registers.

Please understand that we are a small business and all our supplies for the projects are ordered and prepped the moment we receive the deposit/design is decided, therefore it is crucial we receive payment in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding & supporting our small business!

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 HOURS notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us at hammerandstainss@gmail.com to CANCEL. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you FORFEIT your payment.
