In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $75 deposit.

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register for a seat deadline of December 5th.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 12 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded once 12 are registered. If you do not get at least 12 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline , your deposit will NOT be refunded but your event will still take place.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can attend the workshop so please be sure everyone registers.

Please let me know final count one week prior and we will send itemized invoice to be paid within 24hrs.

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 HOURS notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us at hammerandstainss@gmail.com to CANCEL. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you FORFEIT your payment.
