In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.
As the hostess, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us a final list list of names and designs so I can design the stencils.


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. We are being as flexible as possible with Covid if needed to move we can reschedule or provide at home kits, please provide as much time as possible if this has to happen as we block your party time and staff event.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in food, etc.  You have the space until 6:30pm. Two Cheese pizza from Papa Ginos and waters are provided up to 10, any additional up to 12 we will provide 3 pizzas.

The balance along with any additional children over 10 (12 kids max) is due prior by invoice or the day of the event.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainsouthshore.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
