In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us a final count by 11/23 with final count and designs.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. We understand things happen and can try to find a new date.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, decorations, etc.

You have the space for 90 minutes if it is a Stuffed Animal Party OR 2 hours for Wood Project or Pillow Parties.

Two Cheese pizza (double cut) from Papa Gino's and water are provided. If you would like to add pizzas, they are $17 each.

We encourage a drop-off event so the kids can relax and have fun, birthday parents can stay. There is a Starbucks, Target and TJ Maxx nearby to keep parents busy ;-) We understand if kids are younger parents need to stay, we advise one parent per child due to space.

The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 HOURS notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us at hammerandstainss@gmail.com to CANCEL. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you FORFEIT your payment.
