In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us the final count and designs 2 weeks before the event. This allows for shipping of supplies and creation of your project to ensure the event can occur in a timely manner. The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

Please understand that we are a small business and all our supplies for the projects are ordered and prepped the moment we receive the deposit/design is decided, therefore it is crucial we receive payment in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding & supporting our small business!

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand things happen and can try to find a new date.

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, decorations, etc.
You have the space for 2 hours for Wood Stain/Paint Project, Pillow Parties or Woodscape Project.
Two large Cheese pizzas (double cut) from Papa Gino's are provided. If you would like to add additional pizzas, they are $18 each.
We have a water dispenser that you can use.

We encourage a DROP-OFF event so the kids can relax and have fun. Birthday parents can stay. There is a Starbucks, Target and TJ Maxx nearby to keep other parents busy ;-) We understand if kids are younger, parents may need to stay, we advise one parent per child due to space. Thanks for understanding!

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 HOURS notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us at hammerandstainss@gmail.com to CANCEL. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you FORFEIT your payment.
