In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us a final count 2 weeks before the party with your stuffed animal project - the animal choice and final count. This ensures we have ample time for the shipping of the stuffed animals and all the supplies. The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email.

Please understand that we are a small business and all our supplies for the projects are ordered and prepped the moment we receive the deposit/design is decided, therefore it is crucial we receive payment in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding & supporting our small business!

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand things happen and can try to find a new date.

STUFFED ANIMAL CHOICE

RETAIL: The kids can choose from retail meaning each kid can choose what they want with what we have in stock that day
WEBSITE: If you want a specific stuffed animal, then we will send you the link to choose the stuffed animal after we receive your deposit. You may choose 1 kind of stuffed animal for every 6 kids. So if you have 12 kids, then you can choose 2 different kind of stuffed animal if you want.

BASICS

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, etc. You have the space for 90 minutes.
Two Cheese pizza double-cut from Papa Gino's and water is provided. If you would like to add pizzas, then they are $18 each, just let me know when final count is made.
We encourage a drop-off event so the kids can relax and have fun - birthday parents can stay. There is a Starbucks, Target and TJ Maxx nearby to keep other parents busy ;-) If the kids are younger, we understand but please limit one adult per child due to space.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 HOURS notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us at hammerandstainss@gmail.com to CANCEL. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you FORFEIT your payment.
